Disco clubs and all other kinds of clubs are objects that can have really good use of the system, both in ways of security, but also in marketing and customer service enhancement.
Security works in the same way that we explained several times allready on web page. Every visitor need to show his ID card for purpose of document scanning and checking if the visitor can enter the building (age checking, black list checking). If visitor can't enter the building security guard gets the information why user can not enter the building and visitor is stopped.

Marketing and loyalty program starts right after the document scanning and identification, with printing of Disco club contactless loyalty card. This card can aslo be used like payment device, in other words you can put money on the card and pay all services in the club with certain discount, but you have to spend the money on card only in this club (or several clubs that are connected). Each time when you spend money in the club you also gets loyalty points that can be spent like special discounts or claiming rewards.
Disco card is activated once the visitor fill out survey on stand alone terminal in the club. When visitor reach the terminal he enters his informations, username and password, and his mobile phone number. Then he gets the SMS on the phone with PIN needed to access the survey and unlock the disco card.
Our ID reader supports all international identification documents. It reads ID cards and passports from all countries that have documents supported with ICAO 9303 standard, that means all European and most of the worlds documents. It also reads driving licences, health care cards, different membership cards, etc. In our database we have document templates from 1300 documents all around the world.
In the survey visitor is entering his preferences like what kind of music he likes to listen, what kind of drinks he like to drink, etc., and they enter their suggestion what the want to be improved in club. Then this visitor is in category of visitor that for example likes to listen rock, or likes to drink bear. Each time when visitor enters the club he need to put his card near contactless reader, to identify himself that he entered the club.
In that way club managers can allways have on their computer screens exact picture of costumers inside club. They know how many visitors are inside, how many of them are male or female, they know theirs age distribution, they know how many oh them likes to listen rock, heavy metal or hip-hop, or how many of them likes to drink bear, whiskey or some other drink. Then the club managers can decide that on the base of visitor preferences, this night we will have party with mainly rock music, with special discount on beer.
The other great thing of this system is SMS marketing. Each user that have dico card had to leave his mobile phone number. Now club managers can send to visitors messages about parties, news regarding club, special guests, dicounts, etc.
