Courthouses, City councils, Schools, Jails, Business objects, Banks, Hotels, Police stations...
All mentioned objects can be placed in category of objects that need high security, and that have high density of visitors that need to be identificated. System for this objects is similar with minor modifications, so it will be elaborated in same chapter.
They all need to identify visitors entering the object, and they all need to show or explain him how to reach his destination, and ensure that visitor can't make any incident inside the building, in other words they need to maximise security.
All this is possible to achieve with our system in easy and fast way. First when visitor enter the building he need to report to reception showing his ID card. Receptionist or security guard then scanns the ID card with one of our ID scanners (you can find them on our section "Products"), and take digital image of the card. From this image trough our complex OCR algorithms we extract all necessary data, and store them in database. This process is a lot faster, and a lot less prone to errors then standard manual rewriting of data.
Our ID reader supports all international identification documents. It reads ID cards and passports from all countries that have documents supported with ICAO 9303 standard, that means all European and most of the worlds documents. It also reads driving licences, health care cards, different membership cards, etc. In our database we have document templates from 1300 documents all around the world.
The process od scanning and processing the data from documents take from 3 seconds (in one side is scanned) to 6 seconds (if both sides are scanned). This is a lot faster then manual rewriting.
In meanwhile when data is scanned receptionist is entering the visitors destination, for example room number 23. Then right after the finish of scanning contactless card for access control trough building is printing. This card serves for reaching the desired destination of visitor. All building is equipped with our access control system, which means that trough each door you can pass only with RFID contactless card. Card that visitor gets on reception can open all the doors that leads to desired destination, in this case room 23. All other doors can not be open with this card. If it's agreed this card can open and door of destination. But if the room is occupied, empty, or something else, door will not open, but the reason of it will be shown on LCD screen of access control reader.
On the visitors card it is also drawn the pathway to the destination with the instructions how to reach it. This is made with rewritible printing technology, that means that cards can be used multiple times - each time image on the card rewrites previous one.
